For owners who prefer to keep their Big Island property vacant and available for their use at any time, we have developed a Caretaking Program. This program is also ideal for owners who have listed their property for sale and want to keep it in good condition for showings.
Here’s how it works:
- Properties in our Caretaking Program are assigned to a Professional Manager who conducts on-site inspections at agreed-upon intervals and prepares a written report which is kept in your property file. Any problems that come up are handled by your Property Manager according to your instructions.
- We work with a carefully chosen group of service providers who are dependable and well qualified. We check all service work that is done at your property and make sure it’s done well.
- In addition, we pay monthly utility, pest control, house cleaning, yard service and similar bills on your behalf unless you prefer to do so yourself.
- When you plan to visit the Big Island, we can arrange to have your Island home cleaned and ready for your arrival with two weeks’ advance notice.
